Something small .. but it hits a spot you’ve been hiding.

People say, “What’s wrong?”

But they don’t see the days you kept going with a smile.

The nights you cried in the shower.

The moments you held everyone else together while you were falling apart inside.

It’s not weakness.

It’s not “being dramatic.”

It’s being human.

It’s finally letting out what you’ve been carrying alone.

And you shouldn’t have to explain that.

You shouldn’t have to apologize for feeling overwhelmed.

You shouldn’t feel guilty for being tired, stretched thin, or needing a moment.
