In the attempt to help twilight, poor nurse Red Heart comes into contact with Toxic Joke potion. Syringes for teeth are not a comforting start. In her pain and panic Twilight hit Dr. Horse in the face. It cant be safe to get that in your eye... For now its best to evacuate the castle and have Starlight seal them inside. Now that Twilight is infected, it falls to her pupil to manage this crisis. Of course a message to Celestia is the first step to take,, but has Apple Bloom and Spike managed to tell anyone about where this horrible curse came from? In such shock it may be hard for them to come forward with the truth, but working with incomplete information may lead to an even worse disaster...

The results for the prank potion that's gone wrong. Toxic Joke Poisoning can lead to any number of horrible things depending on that ponies reaction to poison joke. Because she was in direct contact with the potion Twilight experienced rapid onset of symptoms. Here she is nearing the final stage.

Unfortunately this affliction is transferable via body fluids like saliva, blood, or melted face!

After infection for most ponies, the onset is slow and barley noticeable for the first 48 hours, depending on the reaction slight growth, itchiness, dizziness will begin. After that 48 hours it begins in earnest and the pony enters stage 1.

Late entry, but I had to get rid of the mlp infection au brain worms. I love any excuse to come up with funky little redesigns for mlp characters.

Spike and applebloom teamed up to mix a poison joke potion to prank twilight, unfortunately the concentrated extract caused an infectious mutation.
