Days are short and long at the same time now

OH MY GOD

every time we level up, we have to readjust our boundaries. what was okay before, no longer works. the people in our lives, self care rituals, the environments, and situations we engage with must all adjust and meet our new vibrational frequency, in order to be sustained.

I don’t have any room in my life for anyone who decreases my joy. My choice of friends and the family members I choose to keep around me are all clean hearted. It’s made a significant difference on my overall life experience, to finally be in a place where I feel nurtured, genuinely handled with love and consideration and I owe it all to enforcing and honouring my boundaries,

My only goal in life right now is to be happy. Genuinely, intensely and consistently happy, regardless of what that looks like to others.
