«Graphite drawings made at Friedrichstraße 23a, Berlin, the site of the former Kreuzberg Observatory where Neptune was discovered through mathematical calculation and a newly published version of the Berlin Academic Star Chart. The drawings are made on A4 copy paper, between September–December, 2025. Published on the occasion of the group exhibition Takes on Transparency, curated by Ruth Noack at A Tale of A Tub, Rotterdam, 13 June–30 August, 2026, and presented alongside the work Projections from the Observatory. This work presents inverted versions of drawings found in this publication, inkjet printed on transparencies and projected at their original size, foregrounding the material traces of the process and conditions of their reproduction.»
