After a solid 5+ year run, we've decided to bring 10 Paces, Fire to a close. Our lives have all become increasingly inflexible, and something had to give. Unfortunately, it was the band.

We spent a lot of time as a group of close friends continually forming and shaping this project for it to become what it is, and we are collectively very grateful for all of the opportunities that came from it. All we can offer in return is a very sincere "thank you" to all the friends we've made, the venues and states that we've played and toured, the owners of the floors and couches we've crashed, and (very importantly) anyone who has ever gavin us a listen or supported our band. We are eternally beholden to John Krohn and his label, Lower Peninsula Records for making our records a reality and for being the most solid hookup in Michigan ever. In any case, we are proud to bring you the last couple songs we wrote. They were meant for a 7" that didn't work out the way in which it was intended. But being that these two songs are some of our most favorite songs that we have written, we still feel a stinging urge to share them with you. Also, keep an eye out for two, experimental visual-portrait music videos -- one for each song -- compliments of Brian McGuire.

We will be playing a few final shows in late December and Mid-January; details on those will be announced as they are solidified. We sincerely hope to see all of you on those last few, special nights.
