OK then we have his estranged biological brother Dima (who got adopted when he was very little, and Vanya didn't because he was a troubled teen with a criminal record). Their mother put them up for adoption because their father was a drunk POS basically and she had to run away from him. So like. Vanya sends dirty money back home for his mother's treatment and Dima uses every single penny to buy hair dye & Chrome Hearts knockoffs on Temu. Their mother knows but her shit is terminal terminal so she doesn't really care, she just wants to really connect with her son before she passes. She does that thru his dream (becoming a pop singer in Japan.... YA. My gyaruo baby.) & ofc Vanya doesn't know.
