There is no external world (person, place, circumstance or thing) that you can assign blame to.  No one holds the key to your freedom or has the power to control your inner state of being.

Everything that you experience are merely phenomena appearing on the screen of your timeless awareness. You must take full responsibility for participating in your creation (by owning it). When you become aware that you are aware, you level up in this reality. The entire system has no other choice but to level up. 

You are always creating your own reality (moment to moment). Nothing ever happens to you, rather for you (from you).  You are the sole author and protagonist of your life story; the sovereign master of your YOU-niverse.
