حصيلة معرض الكتاب لهذه السنة... انتهيت للآن من روايتين الأولى كانت "الكتب التي إلتهمت أبي." رائعة كقراءة أولى للكاتب، ولكن كان فيها تجاهل لتفاصيل كثيرة كانت راح تضفي للرواية روعة أكثر.

بالنسبة للقراءة الأخرى فكانت لكتاب الأساطير، قرأت لزفايغ عدة روايات مثل (لعبة الشطرنج ، ٢٤ ساعة من حياة امرأة، والمرأة المجهولة ، وآموك.)

ولشدة ما أُعجبت به عاهدت نفسي على قراءة كل ماكتب... وللصدمة كان كتاب الأساطير مخيبًا للأمال، رائع كمحتوى ولكن كتشويق قد اعتدته من الكاتب فكان غائبًا تماما!

لكن العجيب في زفايغ أنه حتى عندما يكتب عن أساطير مبتذلة فإنه يعيد هيكلتها بأسلوبه، يتحدث عن البديهيات بصورة مختلفة تخصه هو وحده!
