I wake up and look for your name on my phone screen.

When I read tragedies, I think of me When I read love stories, I think of us When I read magic, I know……it’s you.

And when it was over nothing defined us, other thank the moments that made us feel free.

And god, how it hurts at 3am when I wake up and it just slams in my gut, that you’re not here and I’m alone, that you’re not here and I still need you the most.

We all change, but nothing will ever change us like losing someome we care about and looking into their eyes for ver last time.
