5. T@rgęt: Summer 2021. Live chat, somewhat easy. I have order and pickup history going back a few years. Heads up, I guess their policy is that if you pay with Paypal, you get a gift card refund. $~75
6. T@rte: Winter 2021. Said my product cracked open in the package; the rep asked for photo proof and I said I could send one when I got home, she said no worries. Slightly aged acct. ~$50
7. S@11y Booty: Winter 2021. Live chat, meh. They pushed a reship which was better than nothing. ~$75
9. D$VV: April 2022. New acct, live chat, very easy. ~$100
10. VVi$h: Fall 2021, early 2022. if it doesn't say delivered, super easy. If it says delivered, say there's a problem. Pretty easy overall. ~$50
11. Older Navey: March 2022. New acct, super easy over chat. ~$125
12. Thr3dupp: April 2022. Aged acct, email, possible investigation. Would recommend trying once. ~$100
