#Repost @thelittlefestival with ・・・ Meet @085c3n3 who is one of our six 2023 @thelittlefestival artists featuring at Mailtand. Adam Lewczuk is an Australian visual artist based in Meanjin (Brisbane) and will be featuring his ‘Mini Zine Libraries’ in Maitland on Saturday 15 April. They were a huge hit in Newcastle in 2022. Adam’s broader arts practice focuses on the application of stencils, paste-ups, stickers, large-scale projections, soundscapes, and zine making. His work delves into 70’s nostalgia, tracing elements of a childhood where classic movie monsters, Sci-Fi, glam, metal and punk rock, Saturday morning cartoons, tiki bars, Australian muscle cars, VHS and vinyl records, all culminating to become cornerstones of his unique visual style.
