Worst Change in The Hunger Games movies

This is for changes from the book to movie The Hunger Games, not how well a scene/character was adapted (we'll save that for another poll). There were a lot of things that could have been added that were more subjective, so I tried to stick with what's written in the book and what we actually see. And there's more I could have added, so sound off if you have anything else you'd say was the worst!

Worst change from book to movie for The Hunger Games goes to...

Katniss, Haymitch, and Gale do not have "olive skin"

Katniss getting the mockingjay pin from the Hob/Madge erasure

Peeta's leg not amputated

Additional Everthorne kiss in CF

Gale whipped for defending a woman, not for hunting

Gale criticizing a tortured Peeta instead of saying he was protecting Katniss

Prim talking to hijacked!Peeta instead of Delly/Delly erasure

Katniss and Peeta not getting scars post-war

Sejanus being unaware of rebels having guns/not having a plan

Mentors having to convince Gaul to let Lucy Gray win

Coryo gave his food to grandm'am/gave food to tributes which was Sejanus's idea
