Ok so, like in the Disney, Vincent at some point is kinda starving and Nifty comes and ask if Mister "Bad Boy" wanna eat something.
Vincent gets to meet everyone and you know him. He has charisma and befriend the whole group. Rosie shows and warn him to rush back to his room. Too bad, Alastor appear and propose a game to Vincent: "You run back to your room before I catch you. If i catch you...you know. Tonight, I'm giving you a 30secondes headstart."
He gets back in his room but Alastor almost got him, there's nothing human about him.
The second night, he goes out again, and gets to talk with Mimzy and Husk again. They talk about the game and how he will probably die tonight, but if it isn't, it will be the next time he comes out. Only one ever survived this game: Husk. How? a deal. What deal? He won't know because Alastor shows up and he has 15s tonight. He doesn't take the same path. He pass into the maids' secret corridors and survives. Again, it was close, Alastor got some trick in his sleeves.
The third night, Vincent meets Husk again and ask about his deal. "I joined his staff. I became useful rather than just entertaining". He gets told about some pieces about the curse on them and how it can be broken, but they are running out of time. Husk won't say how to break it tho. Alastor appear and starts counting down right away. He jumps into the dumbwaiter and pulls himself up. Alastor still shows up right when Vincent locks himself up.
The fourth night, Alastor is already in the kitchen, alone. He offers Vincent a seat and a meal. They talk, about the questions he asked those previous evening and Alastor feels the gaps. he congrats Vincent for surviving longer AGAINST him, because most stayed hidden in their rooms for days and usually lost on their second game. Except Husk who standed out because he befriended the staff and also cooked for them when he came down to it. So he grabbed the opportunity to become their cook to save his life. But the price is to be changed into a monster like the rest. He had nothing waiting for him outside so he accepted. But here's the issue, Vincent is just entertaining. And everyone gets tired of their new toy at some point. 10, 9, 8,- Vincent won't outrun Alastor this time, this is now a Hide and Seek game. This time, he goes outside and tries to get to his room by the windows. He gets caught.
Vincent plays his best cards and tries to get a deal with Alastor. Not just involving him but his sister, Charlie. He guessed right that Al wanted his sister to come and he kept him alive this long only because there was still a possibility to get the girl to come. So they make a deal, Vincent gets to stay alive and safe in this place while they fix up the place and watch Alastor's manners until he is fine enough gentleman to welcome Charlie.
... i need to figure out how to write in a story format. I dont wanna spoil everything but i wanna share, but i only know how to properly write dialogues in a comic format, not in a 100% written story format.
Im so obsess with it 🫠 its living in my head 24/7.
