Dear Siren, I'm sorry. I'm leaving you for #dutchbros because seriously, this is amazing. Everyone was nice, I got my drink for free because I'd never been there before, and my cup says "welcome ♥️♥️♥️" on it. From one short-term barista, that's some dang good coffee and customer service.

I asked David to bring me chocolate and I'm not going to lie, I'm smitten that he didn't get me one bag of the store brand like I would've done. The flowers were also a pretty darn pleasant surprise. ♥️

We were so sad to find out the Black Bear Diner closed in Olympia, so you can understand how elated we were to find out there's one a few minutes away from David's new Safeway! (at Black Bear Diner)

This blurry picture is of mine and David's last day of work in Oak Harbor yesterday! We're all packed and ready to load a moving van set to go to Vancouver, WA on Wednesday!!!

What a special treat! It's funny what can happen when your second mom knows everybody in town. Faisal is the man! He told us his #DeLorean story, let us sit in it, and took us for a ride! A couple of years ago, I tried to contact the PNW Delorean Club to see if I could pay a member for their time for mine and David's 5th anniversary since it would officially be The Future, so I'm so happy this could happen for David (and me, I was super excited and cried.)

Judging by my hair, the pic on the left is from 2012. I was in college and at my heaviest. Five years later, it's been an uphill battle of motivation and fluctuating weight. It'll always be a fight if you love food and sitting down, so I also learned to love walking and working out. I've worn crop tops and shorts and bikinis this summer and felt great! I'm still overweight, still plus size, but I feel so much healthier than I did in college. And I'm not done getting healthier yet!
