i was procrastinating on answering this question because i don't feel qualified enough to answer it or give any tips or something but i have some sketches that were solely for anatomy study purposes, so here you go

also tysmm for kind words that means a lot to me! :')

the only tips or like my way to go and draw poses i can tell/recommend is that you need to simplify body into different simple shapes and try to understand how they bent and connect with each other. i always look at references or take pics of my own body if i don't know how something should look like from a certain angle
