A quick doodle for my current writing: a slightly dysfunctional lesbian couple and their big adoptive daughter. They're probably stuck in an elevator here, or something like that.

Finally managed to sit down and colour-sketch my main character from the Monster Hunter Blossoms fic, Miela. All the way from her Guild-issued low rank starting gear to where she's now, by the end of the story. Three years from a complete rookie to a pro, she's got sharp eyes and stamina of a gypceros. ...too lazy to try and draw bowguns, of course. And forgot to draw her seregios hunting knife on the last picture, but too late for that ☉_☉

Also only two chapters left in my fic, maybe I should at least attempt to draw my characters properly, it's not like they'll be offended if I fail, at most one of them would've complained for not drawing her girlfriend boobily enough ಥ‿ಥ

Besides, I might need the purple dango in Sunbreak.

Pros of being a very defensive player: can survive even with poor gear, didn't know what armour spheres were until behemoth when I played monster hunter world as my first mh, and I fared well. I've paid for my 50min per quest and I will use all those 50min, damn it! Cons of being a very defensive player: this quest! It does require aggression, and I can't keep it up for more than five minutes straight, I immediately start being picky about which openings to punish (all, I have to punish all of them), I just loiter around the monster and watch it attack the air whenever I can. Occasionally might forget that I'm on a timer and pick up my tea (although, of course, hydration is important.) By the time Arkveld appears (usually around ~30min mark) I barely understand what I'm doing entirely, just blocking, running and occasionally swinging back. Love it though, despite how spongy arkveld is (so far I've consistently got through the other three monsters with few or no carts, then I time out on arkveld). I've only tried it a few times so far, and I think I can do it, if I actually put my mind to it. But it's okay if I don't do it either, there're only so many hours in the day after all, can't do everything.
