I’m sorry I haven’t been posting that much lately, I’m working (with Leah) on something that, hopefully, would be done soon!

Why?

Well for one, too much porn in general can make you depressed - confirmed in a study.

Secondly, it reinforces the fact that I have no partner with whom I trust enough to feel sexually liberated.

Thirdly, it further solidifies the fact that it’s hard to find dudes who enjoy just bating, frottage, mutual play, and oral. Basically all other things outside of anal penetration.

And lastly, it’s been a trigger of mine for years. Is there available sex out there, yes, I’m sure. However, I know me enough to know if I did a random fuck hookup, I’d probably disappear for a while because I’d over think, worry, regret it, then hate myself.

I’m not wired to disconnect to only see fucking as just an activity… Fucking takes preparation and some sort of emotion. I’m Demisexual, so I have to feel like there’s some sort of mutual interest beyond sexual nature to get me interested.

8 years ago my older brother came out to my family. my parents didn’t kick him out or yell at him but late at night when they thought i was asleep i would hear my dad argue with my mom about how being gay is wrong because of the bible. over the years my brother had boyfriends but my family rarely talked about it out loud or acknowledged it. 4 years ago i also came out to my family. all my mom said was “as long as you’re happy.” whenever i had a girlfriend no one in my family would refer to her as my girlfriend, it was always just my “friend.” although my parents were accepting of both me and my brother, i always felt like they were ashamed or too afraid to have anyone else know.
