Zen has been training At ZENTAI since he was only three years old. He is also a dedicated chess player but as we all know, sometimes we feel like giving up. However, after some words of encouragement from ZENTAI coaches and a fun chess match, Zen was reminded that black belts never give up. Yesterday Zen won his first in-person chess championship! ZENTAI team was so excited to sponsor belleville School number seven Spring Festival! We had a lot of fun. Even the service dog Ladd got to spend some quality time with the kids! ZENTAI Belleville Martial Arts Head Instructor Amelia was serving free popcorn and delicious icee’s to everyone. We also had a special visit from Master Allen and Deputy Mayor Naomy Depeña ( Zentai co-founder). Zentai loves sponsoring all of our local community events and partnering with families to help make children’s lives better.

Had a wonderful Easter Egg hunt in Belleville today. Pony rides, Petting Zoo, bounce houses and really cool prizes. With Mayor Michael Melham, Deputy Mayor Naomy DePeña and Councilman Tommy Graziano. Excellent work put forth by the Belleville Rec dept.

Leadership is a skill that is nurtured and developed, but you must be intentional about taking time to develop these skills. ZENTAI helps students master themselves so that they can have a positive impact on the world. Love what we do!

Parent orientation workshop last night was amazing! Master Allen got to speak directly to so many Zentai Parents and share about all the methods ZENTAI implements that makes ZENTAI the #1 school in our area and how they can use these tools at home to achieve the behaviors they desire from their children. This week for read across America Master Allen and Belleville’s Deputy Mayor Naomy DePeña were able to accompany Zentai Ladd the Service trained Facility Dog in reading virtually to nearly a dozen schools and Ladd even got to visit some of his favorite students at school! The children were all excited to learn more about servide dogs and the work they do in the community. These photos are from the amazing Children at Abundant Life Academy.
