okay the pic in that journal post reminds me of this picture anna green posted on twitter of someone writing throam quotes outside the chelsea hotel?? on the sign? are u the infamous vandalizer?

Ahaha I’m not the vandal, but I did freak out when I saw the graffiti in person. She reblogged my post about it a few months ago (before anyone tweeted about it, ahem JKJK), and now I can leave this world knowing that some infinitesimal inkling of Anna Green’s mind acknowledged my existence indirectly lol.

It’s kind of both mind-blowing and a bit worrying though, isn’t it? The line between the musings of an online fandom and its evidence found in reality blurring. The cult following Pre-Split Panic! and Ryden have online does sometimes feel like some sort of secret society, with loyalists and extremists, and to see graffiti in real life set off an alarm in my head that screamed NO THEY’RE GONNA FIND US. So God bless the vandal, whether they be viewed as a martyr for our fandom or a criminal who went too far. [Sorry for the long tangent and my tendency to dramatize, I probably sound insane]

I swear it looks more like The Boy™ from a distance.
