Emotional abuse victims suddenly assuming someone is malicious towards them for no reason at all is real and it actually happened to me, which was a huge reason why I was afraid of meeting any new people overall bc I ALWAYS assumed anyone I meet has ill intentions toward me, even if they had been nothing but nice.

*Of course not every pale characters I draw are white bc most of them either doesn't have confirmed race or is East Asian but I only included visible ones bc the point was non-white features in art

B is said to be "closest to A" by dialogues but the writing doesn't show their relationship a lot beyond lines and outside sources, and A's screentime and lore are heavily dedicated to C

Naturally AC becomes the most popular ship, B fans/AB shippers are pissed by AC shippers who ignore or erase B in order to ship AC, and uses "they are canonically THE closest" card

AC shippers are annoyed and start to claim that AB is badly written or not written

Eventually it becomes into a nasty ship war involving each shippers trying to morally demonize the other shippers

Becomes even worse if B is a woman and C is a man

Also Mario came out as arospec at that time bc he can't rly commit to relationships

Mario still flirts with Smg4 and they still do sexual activities time to time but they also flirt with others as well
