Trying to figure out scenery... (wip)

Concept art for a gruff frog dude I don't usually say much about my characters, but I should change that~ This is Rex! He's a frog dude who wears a moss cloak to keep his skin moist, burps bubbles, and can smack those bubles around with his oar. He also maybe has an eye-patch~ This page was trying to work around how if he croaked before, a cape/cloak wouldn't work since his neck expands. I ended up changing the design of his cloak and changing his 'throat bub' to 'side bubs'. BUH
