Someone: Elyse that was a college party this was no wine

Elyse: I WAS DRUNK OFF OF THE WINE THAT MAYCIE DRANK

Elyse: Obviously the only reasonable explanation was that Maycie drank wine and when she kissed me I got drunk off of it. There is no other explanation

I think the first person to resonate as a weapon is raf

Because Elyse is resonating with sea god more

I would think it would be funny if Caleb is last to resonate. It is just him going feral.

Who do you think would resonate first?

Both of Raf's god myths (god of tides and sea god) use staffs, so I think Raf's weapon form would be a staff of some kind, one tied to the sea which Elyse would instinctively resonate with

Maybe it reminds them of resonating with Percy when they are in weapon form so they don't clock that they are resonating with a weapon and not a meister

And once it's been proven possible the others are never letting it go

Parties had never really been Elyse's thing. Not when they couldn't get drunk or find enjoyment from strangers getting all up in their space.

Of course, that didn't stop them from being dragged to parties or from bar to bar by Maycie. But they didn't mind that all that much.

They were more than happy to play the sober friend while Maycie and her friends drank as much as they pleased, secure in the knowledge that someone they knew would stay sober and get them home safe. Especially when the majority of the people getting drunk had seen them accidently throw a grown man through a table before.

This did not mean they understood Maycie's insistence in dressing them up.

They tugged at the hem of the very short leather skirt the girl had all but shoved them into.

It wasn't like they were there to dance or flirt. It would have been easier if they just wore their normal clothes, but no. Maycie decided they had to wear the little black skirt and the lacy crop top.

The things they did for their jiejie.

An alarm sounded from their phone.

Right. It was time to round everyone up and get them home then.

Everyone agreed on a time to call it a night before hand, and it was Elyse's job to enforce that time.

Thankfully about half the group had decided to head home earlier, which only left around three other people for them to round up, including Maycie. And those three were still in a group by the bar.

They braced themself for the barrage of accidental touched they were about to be subjected to and made their way through the crowd to the bar.

"Pretty!" Maycie cheered and jumped onto them the second they got there.

"Hey," They greeted. "Alarm just rang. It's time to head back."

"Aww," One of the other girls pouted. "Do we have to?"

"Yeah," And unfamiliar man chimed in, his eyes intently on them. Did he recognize them from somewhere or something? "Do you have to? You could stay here and hang with us instead. We wouldn't mind the eye candy."

Eye candy?

Where had they heard that before?

Maycie damn near hissed.

"We all agreed on when to leave before hand," They said simply, letting Maycie drape herself over their back. They could feel the warmth of her skin against their own, the soft swell of her chest pressing against their back. One of her arms wrapped securely around their waist and the other draped around the front of their shoulders. "And they trusted me to get them all back home. So we will be leaving now."

There was a bit more whining on the other two girl's part, but they had done this song and dance enough times to get them back to their dorms quickly enough.

The last part of the routine was getting Maycie back to their dorm and making sure she was dressed in her pajamas with no more makeup on.

Usually this was a fairly easy task, but this time it seemed Maycie did not want to let go of them. At all.

"C'mon," They muttered, trying to gently pry her tentacle arms off of them. "I need to wipe the make up off your face, May."

"Dun wanna," Maycie pouted directly against the sensitive skin over their pulse.

They had to fight the urge to shiver.

Getting her to her room had been easy enough, but they were starting to think they'd need to use force to get her to let go. Which was not what they wanted.

"Maycie," They tried again, only to get a whine. "Jiejie, please."

They forced their voice to adopt that almost whine-like tone, that little lilt that always made Maycie and Caleb give in to whatever they said.

Maycie groaned against their neck and finally, finally let go.

She then immediately manhandled them onto the bed and climbed on top of them, slipping one of her thighs between their own. She even went so far as to hike one of their thighs onto her hip, causing their short skirt to ride even higher.

"No fair," Maycie whined, leaning down. "Xiao mei can't go out looking this pretty and expect me to let go."

They tried to respond, pushing at Maycie's shoulders to get her to back up a little, but she didn't relent. Instead she leaned in even further, sealing her mouth over their own.

Now, Elyse knew Maycie got affectionate when tipsy. But it usually never went this far. And Elyse knew they couldn't get drunk off normal alcohol, but they weren't completely immune to it.

Wine was a weakness of demigods, and Maycie must have drank some right before they left because their head had begun to get hazy, their body warm. There had to have been wine lingering in her mouth, that got into theirs when she pried open their mouth with her tongue.

They could certainly taste the alcohol, even if they couldn't force their brain to figure out what type it was.

Maycie groaned into their mouth, the sound barely audible over the slick sounds of open mouth kissing, and then she pressed her thigh up higher, right into the juncture of their things.

They finally broke away with a gasp, pushing Maycie's shoulder's back.

She tried to go back in, press her thigh harder.

They were forced to twist so she was the one pinned against the mattress, if only to get her to stay down for a moment.

"Okay," They heaved. "Okay. I need to wash your face and get you into your pajamas."

Maycie whined.

I think all demigods have the capacity to be both weapon and meister like Maka, and because divinity doesn’t have dna.

I think it would be more of a mental block that keeps most demigods from being both.

I like to think Elyse’s inferiority complex is what is blocking them from being a meister. This is also why they can weld other weapons.

It is only through the LI that maybe one day she could resonate with them

Ohhh. I could totally see that

Hmm. Maybe they have a default setting but can teach themselves to be both? Kinda like having a dominant hand but teaching yourself how to be ambidextrous. It’s easier to default to what your comfortable with but you can technically do both

But the important part is that it’s a skill that needs to be trained and it’s one Elyse thinks they’d never be capable of

Okay so. Yes and no?

Elyse did not get along with the other campers. At all. They were exceedingly isolated and their best relationships at camp were neutral at best

But Elyse also just. Likes kids. They were Percy’s babysitter for years

I have a feeling that when the polycule (I had to look up the term because I could remember the word) gets to level up in the relationship to have sex (specifically Sylus or Rafayel since they're not human and I feel like Elyse would lean towards them instinctively for a taste sometimes) if Elyse bites them to muffle their voice (because sex) either of them would immediately cum at the bite.

Elyse bites on instinct for a number of reasons and one of those reasons if making sure no one can hear them when they're getting railed. It's embarrassing to them :(((

Technically it is mostly Sylus (dragon) and Rafayel (mermaid sea god) bc. Inhuman creature

In fact, Elyse learns the cannibalism stuff on complete accident. They were in a lot of pain as their body began to consume itself and they bit Sylus on instinct. And the blood helped.

That was also when they got their fangs back

So, part of the reason Elyse's abilities are so bound isn't just because System Bad. Well, that's definitely part of it but not the whole story

You see, Elyse is in a completely Mortal body. One that's not made to house the Divinity that's in their soul

When they got isekaid their Divinity was tightly bound as to not vaporize the body they'd been placed in and kill them

Every time Elyse stretches their powers and slowly unbinds that Divinity, the toll it takes on their body grows. Eventually, it starts eating away at their Mortal body and slowly kills them

This is a painful, very bloody process. They are coughing up blood and shit

Eventually they learn that their is a way to fix, or at least slow that process. And that is by consuming the the blood or flesh of other supernatural species which would slowly be able to warp their body to something more durable and capable of holding their soul. Something more like their original body

We'll get to see a bit of it in Sylus's intro but they still do technically have their powers and abilities, they are just restrained by having to be In Character

So they can use their powers so long as no one sees OR if they're not the bastard child of the royal family wink wink

I really do need to finish the intros for the villain isekai au. It’s so much fun
