This picture inspired me with a story from China about the red thread of fate. According to this story, two people who were destined to meet are connected by an invisible red thread. It can stretch and contract, but never gets lost.

At the end of the day, when every minute you were in a hurry to make it in time, when there was no chance to think about anything personal, or to just catch a breath - you simply stop, and you catch that tired breath of yours, even if it's before bed, or for just one tiny sketch.

My mother is such an incredibly strong person that while I was drawing us with her, when we were walking in the woods and talking about human destinies, my throat stopped hurting completely.

I love the morning of the weekend, when there is time to gather a bunch of myself and my thoughts before going out into the world.

You can cancel all plans and just leave at home sometimes. Drink mint tea, listen to the bed linen being washed, put on your favorite records and finish reading your book or just do nothing all day. It energizes me for the whole week.

Today I woke up without a burning pain in my ear and throat, which means that I was almost cured of acute pharyngitis. This scarf is a gift from Israel from my friend, I always thought it was as magical as she is.

Once as a child, I missed my mother very much and I remember how my grandmother sat down next to me, hugged me and said that now she will also be my mother, so I do not have to miss. And I smiled.

If there is a paradise on earth, it definitely lives on our couch when my husband reads for me Moomins.

I haven't communicated with my dad for over 10 years. And my stepfather will hang this sketch in a frame over the fireplace, because "I have been waiting for this masterpiece for 3 years!"
