The Cursed Wish Chapter One - Saja Boys X Fem! Reader
This is a sequel to Cursed!
((I just wanted to quickly go over things before we start! First of all I am hoping to upload chapters of this weekly! Obviously things might change but hopefully an uploading schedule will work for this story. Secondly I am putting in non-cannon lore into this story, I know nothing of Korean culture or what will be cannon in universe but I tried to make it sound cool XD Finally know that this literally takes place almost immediately after the first story so you will have needed to read the first story for context!!! ENJOY!!))
The New Life
It was hard adjusting to life with 6 kids, especially when they all kept crying for their mothers attention all day every day. Sure you had 5 men to also help out with raising them but some were doing a better job than others.
Jinu was a good father, he was protective of his two little babies sure but he was doing a good job trying to juggle the two for you. He also had the advantage of Derpy acting as a giant cuddly toy for Mabel and Woo-Jin whenever he had to put them down for a few seconds and grab something.
Romance was also doing really well considering how clingy Rose had become since she opened her gorgeous (e/c) eyes. She was always hanging off her father who doted on her like a princess, trying to grant her every wish without hesitation though that made you worried about how much of a spoiled little princess she was going to become.
Mystery was doing okay with his little girl even if he was unfamiliar with how different being a wolf dad and a human dad was Nabi didn’t seem to mind. You did have to remind him not to lick her, growl at others who tried to touch her and teach him how to use the microwave for her formula.
Abby was the dad who was known to all 6 of the babies for play time, being the equivalent of a huge sturdy climbing frame who would also roll around on the floor with all of them and lift them around like a human carnival ride. Whenever any one of the babies were awake and wanted to play they would crawl around the house searching for him. This also meant that he was also the one who would fall asleep the most, leaving Kwan crawling around on the floor searching for you or one of his siblings to wrestle. The boy didn’t seem to realise that he was growing faster than all his siblings and that he was way too big to wrestle with the others nor was he intimidated by the idea of taking on his own mother; asleep or awake.
Finally there was Baby who really had no idea what he was doing with an actual baby let alone one like Soo-ah. Not only was he still struggling to adjust to live his own life without his demon powers but adding a baby to that just seemed to make everything worse. Baby had no idea how to emote like a person, meaning Soo-ah also didn’t emote like all of her siblings, copying her father to a T. To his credit he did try his best to care for her though; changing diapers (even though he would complain loudly about it), feeding her formula, rocking her to sleep and even help look after the others when needed. The only bad side to Baby’s parenting was when he was tired out he would just pass Soo-ah an ipad and let her watch videos on youtube. You were honestly starting to worry that the little girls first words were going to be 6 7 with the amount of slop she was watching while her dad passed out on the sofa.
The girls were also at your place a lot more now, helping out whenever you or the boys needed some sleep; which was a lot. Auntie Zoey was always happy to watch Disney films with the kids or play with their toys with them. It was not uncommen to wake up to the sound of Zoey performing Disney songs for the six, her collection of Disney character cosplays taking up a whole closet in her own apartment as she started buying a new one for each ‘performance’. Each child also already had their own collection of turtle and dinosaur toys bought by her that she would encourage them to play with; subtly trying to teach them all to say turtle as their first words. You could already see Kwan and Mabel gravitating towards her and her bubbly attitude.
Rumi was a more calm auntie to the babies, her specialty was usually reading stories to them. Her calm voice and clear pronunciation made her really good at reading outloud, nearly all the babies almost hypnotised by her reading to them. She also often got turned into a human colouring book, some of the babies seemingly drawn to her beautiful patterns which they wanted to fill in purple to match their own so auntie would match them. You often found Rose and Woo-Jin sitting on her lap, staring at the picture books as Rumi read to them, a calm smile on her face.
Mira didn’t really know how to interact with the babies very well, trying to busy herself with keeping your apartment clean but somehow she even found herself being the favourite of Soo-ah and Nabi. Luckily both girls had the longest hair of all the infants and Mira had become accustomed to sitting with them and brushing through their hair, sometimes tying it into tiny little pony tails. She had even let the two girls try brushing through her hair and one time you had caught her playing barbies with the two little girls and Rose, something you’d never imagined seeing her doing.
Not only were you looking after 6 children who may be showing signs of demon powers any day now but lately the city had been having earthquakes. You remember mentioning it to the girls and they shared looks like they knew something was off but they were trying to hide it from you. You could also see subtle almost rainbow-looking threads out the corner of your eyes now and then, ripples of pink washing over the flowing lines. You suspected this was the honmoon but you had never been able to see it before, why could you see it now?
“Are you okay sis?” Rumi asked you, pulling you from your thoughts, the sudden jolt you gave in response almost spilling the hot chocolate in your hands.
“Yeah sorry I’m just super tired.” You replied with a soft smile.
“Are the babies keeping you up?” Zoey asked with a sad pout, wiggling into your right side slightly.
“If it’s the boys I can fuck them up for you.” MIra added, one of her long arms leisurely resting on Rumi’s shoulders.
“The babies are keeping me up, and the boys are doing great.” You replied before Mira got too many ideas about how to torment your boyfriends.
“Are you sure? I saw Mystery trying to lick Nabi the other day.” Zoey said.
“Yeah he forgot that when I say bath I mean using the actual tub and not his tongue, he’s pretty tired too.” Zoey couldn’t help but giggle at your response, Mira rolling her eyes.
“I keep forgetting he used to be a wolf.” Rumi mumbled sipping her own hot drink.
You opened your mouth to say something when the earth suddenly started to shake, making all four of you try to steady yourselves against the table you sat around. It was then you saw it again, the multicoloured threads floating through the air around you. Deep pink waves smashed against the small threads each one in time with the earthquake and causing a rising sense of panic inside you. Each one seemed to wash over you, making you feel nauseous and dizzy like you were seconds away from passing out.
You could still feel your body shaking as the quaking slowed and stopped, Zoey’s hands gently grabbing your shoulders to make sure you were okay. Your eyes quickly met with Rumi’s, her brown eyes staring at you like a deer in the headlights of an oncoming vehicle.
“What’s wrong with the honmoon?” You whispered, making her bite at her lip uncomfortably.
“We don’t know.” Mira answered for her. “Each time there’s an earthquake it seems to weaken and we don’t know why.”
“It’s nothing you need to worry about though.” Rumi quickly told you. “If we keep singing it should be fine, you don’t need to worry about anything but the babies right now.”
“Just because I have babies doesn’t mean I want you to overwork yourselves.” You told her, taking one of her hands in your own. “If anything's happening you can always tell us you know, just because we have the babies doesn’t change the fact that we can all help out if you need us.”
“Don’t worry we got this.” Zoey assured you, wrapping her arms around you tightly. “Now let's get you back home, I still have to get Mabel to say turtle before she learns the word Derpy from Jinu.”
“You're still serious about winning that bet?” Mira asked, finishing her black coffee.
“Of course! She’s my niece and I will brainwash her!”
You just shook your head and chuckled at her enthusiasm following her out of the small coffee shop. As you exited out into the warm city you felt a sudden sense of dread again, like someone was watching you as you began your walk back home.
The short walk home gave you time to shrug off the bad feeling though, the elevator to your apartment bringing a feeling of safety. What you found at the very top of the elevator ride was very unexpected.
When you stepped out of the elevator you found yourself in a room full of decorations and fairy lights, a coffee table full of your favourite snacks waiting for you and all five of your baby daddys and said babies sitting on the sofa waiting for you.
“Happy mothers day!” The boys all cheered, making the infants raise their arms in the air like they were the ones cheering.
You couldn’t stop the laugh that slipped from your lips and the smile that bloomed across your face as you stared in disbelief at your boyfriends.
“Awwwh.” You whispered trying not to cry in happiness. “Thank you.”
“First born gets first cuddles from mummy!” Romance cheered rushing towards you with Rose.
You let out a happy giggle as the pink haired girl reached her arms out towards you, a perfect little pout on her face. She was quick to snuggle into your embrace as you took her, tucking her little head against your chest.
Like most things the moment was quick to end when Kwan started screeching and reaching towards you, clearly jealous that his sister had gotten a cuddle first. You spent the rest of the little party being shared by the six fussy infants while eating your favourite foods and watching the lion king together (one of the boys favourite child friendly movies.).
Most of the children were quick to want cuddles from their fathers when a certain furry dad was killed off leaving you with Soo-Ah still sitting on your lap, somehow giggling at the main character's death instead of crying like the rest of the babies. She also made sure to stare up at you every time something happened, testing how you reacted to different scenes and trying to copy different expressions you would make. You couldn’t deny how cute it was to see her two giant blue eyes gazing up at you expectantly all the time.
The only other thing that seemed to gain her attention was when Mabel ‘sang’ to hakuna matata, while she didn’t actually sing the words she managed to sing the tune of the song with her own made up baby babble language. Her father, Zoey, Abby and Romance clapping for her after her little performance making her giggle in joy.
After the movie most of the babies were ready to pass out for the night. Baby taking an already half asleep Soo-Ah from your lap, the teal haired boy giving you a quick kiss on the forehead as he collected his little demon spawn.
The girls also stood up to leave, but it was then Rumi quickly realised that her necklace had gone missing. You rolled your eyes and glanced over at Woo-Jin who was currently hugging a familiar black and white bird against his little chest. It was well known that he and Sussie had a habit of stealing peoples shiny objects, the bird following Woo-Jin’s whims like she could read his little mind.
“Sussie has to give Rumi’s necklace back.” You told the small boy as Jinu took Mabel to her own crib.
Woo-Jin stared at you with his big brown eyes for a few moments before loosening his grip on the magpie, revealing the necklace still gripped in her beak. You held your hand out to her and she obediently let go of her latest offering to her favourite child allowing Rumi to go home with her girlfriends for the night.
Finally after getting Woo-Jin to his own crib, Derpy using one of his paws to rock the dark haired boy to sleep for you, you thought you were done for the night when you heard quiet baby cries coming from the neighbouring room (the babies having to be split between two bedrooms.).
You peaked your head into the other room, finding a very worried looking Mystery holding a crying Nabi in his arms, the small girl clearly upset about something.
“I don’t know what's wrong, she was fine a second ago.” Myst told you with a frown.
“Oh no, little butterfly what’s wrong?” You asked softly, leaning up against Mystery so Nabi could see both of you.
The little girl sniffled when hearing your soft voice, her purple eyes staring up at you while her pale little hands started to clutch at her tusks. You realised that she must be having teething pain again due to her inherited tusks, ready to go and grab some Calpol from the kitchen.
“Poor little thing needs some Calpol again?” Abby asked, appearing in the doorway with a soft smile and just the medicine your little baby needed.
“Abby, you truly are a super hero.” You replied with a smile taking the strawberry Calpol from him.
“Only for you babe.~”
You carefully poured out some of the Calpol onto a medicine spoon, Mystery propping his little girl up so she would be able to swallow the medicine. You held out the spoon toward the purple haired infant making an “ah” sound for her to copy. Nabi copied your sound allowing you to slip the sweet tasting medicine into her open mouth, her face scrunching up in disgust as she swallowed the Calpol. Now all you had to do was wait out the half an hour it took for the medicine to finally kick in before you could actually get a tiny bit of sleep before the others woke up needing feeding.
