I need some psychological advice. Recently I cane across a book with the main relationship if you can call it that being between an 18 y/o and a 32 y/o. The teenager is the one overpowering, seducing, taking what they want. It's noncon/ seni cnc, the older one gives in after protesting. The teenager top basically rapes the older person and the older person just accepts it after a while even though they're uncomfortable and know that they're only physically reacting, not actually getting attracted to a kid.
I've never read anything like this before, I avoid teens in mature fiction, I've never read those actually old but trapped in a child's body type of stories, I just avoid anyone under 21 in smut altogether. But this book, where I'm supposed to root for this couple, is both compelling somehow and yet I'm so deeply disturbed by it. I feel like I'm being taken advantage of even though I know this is not the case. I feel all kinds of alarm bells ringing in my head looking at this frightening teenager, there are many cases of teens raping adults irl it is scary for good reasons. Yet I'm supposed to believe this is romance and will lead to true love later on. How do I calm my heart and reconcile these feelings, I'm scared for the older character but it is compelling too, I'm like that Jay-Z gif. I don't know how the handle my conflicting feelings on this power dynamic. Do you have any advice, please?

being fascinated and entertained by something upsetting happening to made up people is Extremely Normal and that is in fact the basic premise of a great deal of fiction
fictional characters don't need to model real life healthy relationship norms. it's fake. it's made up. it's not an instructional text and there's no need to assess it as if it's trying to be one.
you absolutely are not being taken advantage of, you are making the active decision to read a book that's upsetting you. the book has no power to make you do anything
I'm doing a little reading between the lines here but it sounds like you're a regular reader of smut and the rape isn't even what's off-putting for you here, just the fact that the rapist is 18? which is unfortunately extremely funny of you. I think if you're cool with noncon cnc whatever you can probably buck up and be fine with an 18 year old sexually aggressing a 32 year old
but again, if not you can literally just stop reading this if it's giving you the vapors or whatever
