I feel like Manto and Daphne didn't really notice anything different at first, running up to Tiresias like normal. Historis, the eldest, knew something changed but also knew that that's still her mother.

After Tiresias explained, ofc the husband was enraged believing he'd been lied to for all those years. The daughters were mostly confused at what to feel. Manto being about 4 at the time was very confused at why everyone was having negative feelings.

I also have the HC that after that, the husband snuck away with Historis to run away from the oddities(idk how divorces worked back then)

i thought “what if the bandages fall off when he actively makes a prophecy” and i was picturing the bandages unwrapping themselves as if they were sentient, then it became “what if the bandages are the snakes”. sodapanque's version of the clothes and eizaamkc's design with the eye pattern inspired me a lot.
