Why donât we talk about how differently they run
Theyâve actually talked about that(not specifically about T'Challa and Steve), that Chris Evans has to do most if not all his own running scenes because they say his running form is really hard to replicate for a stunt double but itâs one of the things that sets Cap apart, Chris Evans particular type of physicality, and actually helps convey the âsupernessâ I suppose of the super soldier thing.

If I remember my biomechanics correctly, he has basically perfect running form. If you track his head movement there is ZERO up and down motion, meaning his entire energy is going to forward motion, making it 100% efficient.

Actually Chris Evans runs that way because he did ballet as a child. Most of the jumping kicks he does as Cap are based off of ballet form, as well as the way he runs and his massive upper body strength.
Ballet is a martial art they just donât want you to know it.
He also runs with no forward lean which does not affect speed, but itâs rare

1) Evans studied dance as a kid because of his mother who IIRC is a teacher. He can tap dance too.

Remember the behind the scenes thing about the elevator fight in âWinter Soldierâ? And how they were talking about he only had to be shown the combination once basically and then he got it?
THERE COULD BE A WHOLE MONTAGE OF HIM WITH TINY GYMNASTS AROUND HIM TEACHING HIM TO DO THINGS.
Reminder that Simone Biles is 4â8â. So weâre literally talking about tiny gymnasts. And he can cause a stir by having music for his floor routine. ;)
