the problem with trying to find a normal (or even normal-ish) photo of gerard way for something i’m working on is that gerard way is not a normal (or normal-ish) person, so those photos are few and far between. don’t get me wrong, i like their weirdness, but it’s inconvenient when i need just like a regular photo of them from the last few years where they’re not shrieking or doing some weird opera of death face.
