you dont seem to feel welcome on this blog, and that makes me a little sad, honestly

It’s been so long since I’ve been on this blog. I’ve been out of fantrolls for so long that I don’t really know how to react / don’t quite remember my feelings precisely? I do know that I did feel tense / rejected / lonely / uneasy. I was a bit sad, like I didn’t fit into the community anymore and I was pretty cautious.

I’m a little embarrassed logging onto this blog just now. It’s like walking into an abandoned hut. A lot of nostalgia, but very quiet.

#I wrote a whole essay in skype about garnet's feelings when she saw stevonnie #like everything about stevonnie's sheer existance #su #su spoilers #steven universe #steven universe spoilers #can't be too careful #but mildly screaming into my palms #more screaming #I understand garnet #she didn't just see herself in stevonnie #but it's a lot more to it #like fusions can kinda be based on compatibility and the duration of the fusion says a lot to both gem's tolerance for each other #seeing stevonnie in harmony #being able to be.... WHOLE #to be one #to be a perfect mix of both without splitting in a second is really important #right here garnet probably feels the same way because #just like she sung about #it's a conversation #they're both each other's strength to their weakness #they both are supporting each other as they exist #Pearl and amethyst can only last a short time because they soon notice tiny discrepancies which lead them to split #plus I think they both feel uncomfortable and only fuse because they have to #so they need to tolerate each other #however if there's no balance the fusion can turn into some monstrosity #I have other thoughts about sugilite but not getting into that #wtf look at this huge tag storm
