why side by side similarities and differences of a mother and daughter? just as it is visual as well as literal, i am different but also slightly similar in every way. examples include visually small lips like my mother, literally (not so visual) my mother is extremely OCD i am not.. take a look at my room if you want proof.

I chose these photographers at first because there is something I really do find fascinating about black and white photographs. I believe these photographers compliment each other because They both photograph cultures and immagrants as well as some poverty. The way they photograph is almost like nothing is hidden and they want to show all. They both also photograph in mostly black and white.

In this image, named “ Color is Everywhere” by Eggelston, You can see the different shades of a blue hue. Even as most of the picture has a sense of cold and loneliness, because of the light and cars gives a small feeling of life and little warmth. The fact that this photo is taken slightly angled adds some motion and a sense of life and movement. Cars what do they usually represent? Motion. Movement. Speed. Heat.Yet this photo of these cars are, still, cold, and parked. Still life.

Seeing the way the wooden bars on top as well as the column seems to lead down the path of concrete. It seemed intentional almost like pointing where to go from here.

scavenger hunt one

flowers can be used in so many occasions in any part of anyone’s life, they are gifts, to express love and care, they are reminders of ones we have lost. therefore, at times they feel very harsh reminding us of one we have loved and lost(such as image on the left), but they again are sweet and kind ornaments of nature and humanity (such as image on the right). each of these pictures are edited as individual views and feeling.
