no eating disorder is going to kick my butt, i’m back with a vengeance and ready to set up the queue with as much as i can right now!! thanks for the love and support, i’m emailing you all one free hug to redeem with whoever is happy to right now!! *starts crying and trying to fix your wall* in relationships, it’s easy to place yourself as somebody that’ll do things for others without a second thought but feels guilt in asking for favours or comfort. sometimes this can be an incredibly good quality, but if it starts impacting negatively on you, or anybody else, your selflessness might take a toll on you, your time and your esteem

just like you’d make any other friend! spark a connection through a friendship you have in common, an interest you both have or a club you both go to/want to go to!

what i would recommend is that instead of keeping the idea of a relationship in your head when you’re interacting with them, really take it as it comes! learn about them like you would any other person in your life! learn about their interests and what they’re like, because really, you don’t know much about them yet, even if you’re crushing on them!

(much easier said than done, but i promise, the initial conversation/finding a reason to talk, is really the most difficult part!)
