I like classical music but apparently wasn't aware that Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov of "Flight Of The Bumblebee" fame wrote a piece of music called "The Gold Cock Suite" but I suppose it makes sense the title is usually rendered as the less snickerworthy "The Golden Cockrel", which is based on The Tale Of The Golden Cockrell by Alexander Pushkin.

Unsure how much of the opera is on this record since the entire work is in three acts and Act 1 alone is 40 minutes long.

Exact same product (just different packaging and flavor cartridges included), two dollars and eleven cents difference. *shrug*

tangental note: I've been using Cirkul for years and I approve of the product, have had three of the four flavors shown (not a fan of 'mixed berry' anything), and do not own a plastic bottle because the lids fit thrifted double-wall metal flasks -- larger volume and insulation are my jam. FYI their website offers a limited-time flavor every month and the one that dropped yesterday is Glacier Berry... nope, thanks.

"Double happiness" or Shuāngxǐ is a ligature of 囍 (meaning 'joy joy'), a Chinese traditional ornament design, commonly used as a decoration symbol of marriage. The color is usually red (for luck) or black.

okay, in closer examination it's supposed to look like a shuang xi for those who don't know better but it really isn't the character, it's more of a geometric pattern. so can we say "imagined double happiness"? "pretend this marriage is happy"?
