Intro to Harry Potter
Comfortable sweaters, tousled black hair, nightmares, stubble, scuffed trainers, crumbled dress shirts, blue jeans, round glasses, stress headaches, coffee at midnight, overflowing in-trays, paperwork by candlelight, a sharp tongue, bruises with no memory of getting them, a warm smile, dog eared pages, abandoned projects, guilt, ink stained sleeves, chewed fingernails, dadâs armchair, tired sighs, a spark of anger, quick wit, dad jokes followed by goofy grins, eyes shining with mischief...
You saw PAUL RUDD in London recently? It was actually HARRY POTTER, the two share a resemblance. Apparently HE is LOYAL and DEDICATED but can also be HOT HEADED and IMPATIENT. HE is FORTY SEVEN and was sorted into GRYFFINDOR. The HALFBLOOD works as HEAD AUROR, lives in GRIMMAULD PLACE, LONDON and is affiliated with DUMBLEDORE'S ARMY.

After publicly defeating Lord Voldemort, seventeen year old Harry Potter wanted nothing more than to live in anonymity. Still suffering major PTSD, he leaned heavily on Ginny for support, moving in with the Weasleyâs. The parental guidance of Arthur and Molly was an incredible help, but could only do so much. Plagued by night terrors, flashbacks, and an inability to feel as though he was finally safe, at the age of eighteen he did the only thing that made sense to him and threw himself back into the fight.
The Ministry readily allowed him to become an Auror, not only for their public He made a conscious effort to track down and arrest every Death Eater who had been active during Voldemortâs reign. Although not one hundred percent successful, a string of arrests had him quickly climbing the ranks and by the time he was twenty two he was in line to become Head Auror.
Just after his twentieth birthday, he and Ginny decided to move out of the Burrow and into Grimmauld Place. Determined to erase the terrible memories it held, he and Ginny spent every moment they could spare cleansing each room, redecorating, salvaging furniture, and making the place a home.Â
Just a few months after he turned twenty three, the current head of the Auror department decided to step down and Harry was named his successor. He was the youngest Head Auror in history, something he is still very proud of although a part of him has always wondered whether he skated by on his name alone. Determined to prove himself, he became obsessed with his work. Happily working from home following his shifts instead of paying attention to Ginny. She didnât seem to mind all too much, entirely focused on her own career. But after a conscious effort to make more time for each other, Ginny found herself pregnant.
Marriage was something he and Ginny used to discuss relatively often, when they discovered they were about to start a family, they hurried to organise a wedding, never officially proposing to each other.
After the wedding, when everything had settled, Harry was faced with a new challenge, something he had never considered a genuine possibility. He was determined to be a good parent, but he had absolutely no idea how to prepare, and that level of panic left Ginny taking care of James for the first year of his life. Only when his anxiety began to lesson did he embrace being a father, connecting with his son in a way he hadnât previously, often forgoing working at home to ensure James was being given his attention.
Despite making mistakes, being quick to anger, and misunderstanding the cues of his children, by the time Lily was born, Harry couldnât imagine anything other than being a father. Even though he was far from perfect, he tried his very best. The Potter family was very much filled with love, affection, and comfort.
Now that his children are grown, he helps them whenever he can, missing them living at home with him. Not wanting them to be raised with the same toxicity as Dudley, he waited until they moved out to spoil them but now there is very little he will say no to.
Inspired by Albus and his integration into the Muggle world, he is working to implement a new, and revolutionary system that will hopefully aid him in catching the handful of Death Eaters he has yet to arrest. With the movement growing, and his fear along with it, a familiar sense of anxiety and helplessness is creeping back into his life. He wants to protect his family more than anything, but he also knows the new system is what the Ministry needs, and plans to go ahead with it despite the threats made against his children.
