Well I don't like how it feels. I don't feel cleaner without body hair. I don't prefer not having body hair. But who will advocate for women like me, but me? For women who do like hair removal, they are advocated for every time they step out of the house and see 99% of the female population also conforming to that standard, or when they watch a movie and see all the shaved actresses, or view an advertisment, or open a magazine, or watch a music video, or scroll through social media, or walk down the streets without receiving insults and glares for having a completely normal bodily feature.

i don't care about old social media posts that have coincidentally and mysteriously "resurfaced" following the outrage of transmisogynist fans. you clearly missed the part of this where Jax is reflective of Goose's past behavior of using edgy and harmful humor to play the bad guy and push people away in order to cover up the fact that she is a trans woman. you missed the part where Gooseworx has explicitly grown past that kind of behavior and Jax is an exercise in extending empathy to a past version of herself who was trying everything in her power to be uworthy of love and care. you fundamentally do not understand the art you are a fan of.

it genuinely sickens and concerns me how emotionally immature some of y'all are, and that's coming from a 6-year-old.

first before i start ranting abt y'all's terrible Jax takes, I want to remind you that what is important here is a real life actual woman is getting harassed and banned over making a show you liked up until your mean and quippy tumblr sexyman turned out to be a troubled trans woman. Goose deserves so much better than this and y'all should know better by now than to do this to her.

i think the "...but oh, you secretly Felt Like A Woman the whole time they were doing it" ask is just... so revealing. Jax didn't "Feel Like A Woman", SHE (not "they", asshole) WAS a woman. it's so disturbing to me that this is how you talk about a transfem character because you don't like her and it tells me everything i need to know abt how you treat the tma people in your life. trans woman's womanhood is apparently, to you, contingent on whether or not she is a good person in your eyes.

it's also obvious to me that many of y'all genuinely think that someone has to meet your standards for what a "good person" looks like in order for them to be worthy of understanding and empathy. Jax is not someone i would identify as a "good person", and based on her posts i'd say Goose almost definitely agrees with me.

Jax is not someone i would want to be around in real life, and i know this because i've known many girls just like her irl and i don't talk to them anymore. i'm glad to be free of them, but i do also think of them sometimes and hope they've been able to make a better life for themselves out there. i even worry for them and hope they've all got access to housing and hrt and basic medical care, and food, and social support. i hope they're not dead and i hope they're not in prison. i hope they have friends they let in and who help them be better people. i hope they can learn to be happy and forgive themselves even if i'm not ready to forgive them.

i am not here to argue that Jax is a good person or deserves forgiveness and i really don't mind that some people hate her for her actions. but i will say i think it's important extend understanding and care sometimes to people who don't deserve it, especially when they've made themself into someone unforgivable because they can't imagine that they're someone worthy of love or kindness.
