for a show that got memed to death and shat on a lot i do have to give props to the design team, there's surprisingly a ton of good character design especially for the robots. gus and wallys designs compliment each other so well, also you could tell what kind of person they are by their physical traits.

however im guessing gus having a unibrow is meant to make him look more "intimidating" in a sense, i don't always like the portrayal of unibrows in 2000s and early 2010s media as they were usually put on a character to depict them as ugly or unattractive---or angry and intimidating, like i said for gus. and there's a lot of moments in the show (s2 and s3 actually) where gus is portrayed as uglier than wally even though he just looks like him with a few changes. and he's known to be pretty grumpy. i'm not sure if that's what they were going for 100% though, monkeys in cartoons tend to have unibrows and i think some even do in real life (im not that well researched on monkeys). i do see the same case with lord peel and nefarious, they both have unibrows and are meant to be intimidating.
