because also in order for an animated series to get a season greenlit, they do need to have concepts in place already to pitch it to the studio in order for them to approve it. and not even just concepts of the plot/what episodes are going to look like they also have to provide concept art for what the scope of each episode will have so they can budget for how much labor each episode will cost. im just saying.......
