            “You’re back.” Well, her certainly didn’t expect to be waltzing back into his office anytime soon, not after calling her STUPID the last time they saw each other. That wasn’t very nice . . .

            “Are you here for a reason? Loiterin’ outside an office building ain’t doing you favors.” He was only out there to smoke a cigarette ( away from the chaos of Ezaki getting riled up at Takada ), but couldn’t help but confront the guy that was hovering around the building.

“Eeep..!”

Helen nearly jumped where she stood, startled by the cryptic stranger—such a peculiar thing to say to someone! Sure, the place looked rather… daunting. But to think she could die? Here?

“But… but I could have sworn I heard someone scream, just now. I cannot just stand around and do nothing…!”

         “I wouldn’t go in there if I were you.” Ushijima sat with on the steps of the apartment building, a Popsicle in hand that already had a bite taken out of it. “Unless you’re willing to get killed, that is.”

Instead of getting worried, he just flashed a grin at the gentlemen who sat across from him. The more the merrier, though he wasn’t sure what the actual more part would be yet. Obviously bodies if a fight were to break out, but if he were to be harmless, then what? He waved the thought away by finally taking a drag from his lit cigarette, though kept it lingering there as he noticed the way he was being looked at. He still had a friendly face, though there was a slight impish change to it.

“It makes sense. Maybe not in the same way I’m thinkin’, but I guess sometimes appearance plays a part too. I don’t blame your buddies there being guard dogs right now.”

He’s almost done with the papers, not bothering to lie on them because that’d cause more shit than if he just told the truth. Honestly he had nothing malicious in mind and he had the right to use a business for it’s actual intention anyway.

“That’s less than I expected, but not a stupid choice.” Nishitani never needed a loan in his life before either, also not now. He’ll just use it for some bullshit and pay the money owed whenever because there was no real threat to his finances.

Of course he has to request the maximum though and shrugged when he finished the paperwork before neatly sliding it over.

“May I have an ashtray? I’d hate to ruin the interior.” He resisted tapping on his cigarette.

           Ushijima was a bit SURPRISED at the thought of having a rather intelligent conversation with the Yakuza -- most whom came here were too nervous to speak normally, let alone hold up an actual conversation without sounding like a DESPERATE PIG. 

He found himself snorting as his own eyes slid to the male employees -- Sayuri ( the rather pretty receptionist ) having exited to stay out of the way. They were being a bit too obvious with their guarding behavior, but, he didn’t much care to reprimand them at the moment -- he knew this guy was no where near his regular customers and he didn’t have to put up much of a FRONT to lure him in. The yamikin rather enjoyed that. 

At the request, Ezaki went to retrieve one, though, he didn’t take his time. He didn’t want to be away from the action too long had something began to happen. The employee dropped the plastic tray next to Nishitani as Takada took the completed papers and handed them to Ushijima to look at.
