Find the steam folder where your Paralives is instaled and then click on Main.Mod\Species\Human\Equipments\Skin

(If you never did this before, go to your steam library right click Paralives, then properties to find where you installed the game)

They look very funky like this:

Black is the main color of the skin

Green are the shadows

Red is blush

And purple are the highlights
