Today is one of those days...

Where I am weak in spirit. I know I’m being hard on myself but I don’t have the mental discipline to stop myself from spiraling.

Today I felt fat. Today I felt ugly. Today I felt so unaccomplished and lost and useless... a waste of space, a disappointment, a burden.

I didn’t feel loved or appreciated and I know I shouldn’t need to “feel” it to know that I am in fact loved and appreciated.

But it is what it is, I felt what I felt. I hope that I can face tomorrow with more strength and positivity.
