8th Sept 2019: As it stands I need to write proper things out about the N-VA Corps.

LOCATION: They’re situated on their own planet (54 ZRN E) in their own “pocket dimension” galaxy that harbours the only source of a specific mineral (Viricite).The pocket dimension makes it difficult for their galaxy to be found / invaded but it’s not impossible if one knows what to look for. The pocket dimension is known to move to various other spaces from time to time, though no one is quite sure how.

ESTABLISHMENT: They are considered fairly new for a PMC (Private Military Company), as they have only existed in the last 1500 years (earth standard) after populating their new planet and constructing what is now known as the Tenacity Stronghold (affectionately called ‘Tena City’ or Tena for short). While N-VA existed long before that, it’s only recently that they opened their doors and arms to others.

RECRUITMENT: Anyone can be recruited or sign up to N-VA, as they do not discriminate against species, sex, identification, disability or otherwise. If you can work, you will be put to work.

HEAD OFFICE: Otherwise known as the proverbial Four Horsemen; — Ashokra is the HEAD OF OPERATIONS; the matriarch of current Khimerydian generation, Kas’s mother. She was the one to discover and shepherd the people to the newly discovered planet they now reside on. There is something slightly off about her. — Kasimir is the current serving Commander for the RECON DIVISION. The role was only recently passed to him from his mother. Recon focuses on - as you guessed - reconnaissance and a sprinkling of subterfuge to get the job done. Their primary focus is intel brokering but there are few skilled rogues among the ranks that know their way around a gun. — There is no serving Commander for the COMBAT DIVISION; they were killed in action and have not been formally replaced as of yet. Vextra currently serves as acting Commander, much to their distaste. Despite the name, they are considered peacekeepers and more a last line of defence; they were instrumental in the protection and transference of several races and species that now call the Stronghold and surrounding caverns their home. — There is no serving Head Scientist for the R&D DIVISION; Internal squabbles prevent one from being chosen at this current moment in time. It’s primarily composed of Biotechs, cyborgs, and other artificial lifeforms. They focus on scientific research and development, as well as engineering. They have very high intelligence and powers that make up for their lack of physical strength/dexterity.

BIOTECHS: (‘biological technicians’) vary between individuals. They are aliens who have naturally enhanced abilities (psychokinesis, etc). Some biotechs need very little to amplify their abilities while others may choose to use cybernetics and/or approved prescribed drugs to bring out their true potential.

I'm back at work this week after going through covid last week. I'm going to be asking for a raise because a conversation with colleagues today made me realise just how severely im being underpaid.
