H.S.I.O.W.

So....quit my abusive piece of shit job, got a better one that eventually laid me off because I wasn't as religious as they wanted but was under the table so I couldn't fight it. Had to move and roommates did too, we all still talk daily though. And after a long add search I finally got a new job and I'm doing a lot better! Started saving money and looking for a new apartment. Was talking to someone but that ended when they acted more like they wanted to own me instead of date me and I don't put up with crap. Especially not telling me how I have to dress every day and who I can and cannot talk to unless they are right beside me. In a new relationship who is amazing. Still best friends with my ex FWB and my bf is friends with him too. We're all looking into an apartment hopefully so we can all start to relax and hope life gets better and calmed down a bit finally. Got some family stuff going on but it'll be ok soon.

When he asks how you know he's having a bad day just through texts...

Are amazing, until you gotta explain daily that no you are not dating, sleeping together, have romantic feelings, or any desire to ever date. Even my ex FwB is now my best friend and I've got to explain all the time to other people that no when I tell him I love him I don't mean in a romantic way. I love him in a deep friendship kinda way because we both lean on each other when we're down, we give each other advice when it's needed because we've gone through similar relationship issues, we've both sat up all night to make sure the other was ok. And we both sit and try to explain to everyone that we are just friends. If we were the same gender it would be a non issue which annoys me to no end lol.

Well I'm no longer homeless. Ex roommate got pissed off because me and my no medical insurance ass had to go to the doctors and therefore had no money to let them borrow for the electric bill they skyrocketed after I left. Therefore I'm a "shitty, drug abusing, lying whore" and a terrible person all around. My new roommates absolutely loooooved hearing me repeat that one when we were all drinking together...had to get one to promise not to drive over there and fight for my honor. But I love the new place, new roommates are best friends, and I'm not stressed out and being abused daily any more. Also not sick 24/7 anymore.

Because man who couldn't understand no is currently wanted for arrest for avoiding court appearances and also threatening someone with a weapon...so he hasn't contacted me whatsoever since I found out. He hasn't been in my town. He's gone under cover basically and it's been so peaceful apart from other dramas

On how to get someone to understand "I'm not interested in dating you or anyone else" does not mean to send me flowers at work and brag about how much money you make trying to impress me and make you look good in front of others to make them pull the "he's a nice guy" bullshit. He's 19 years older than me, has a kid literally 8 years younger than me and another older than I am. He insisted on "walking me home" one night knowing I am staying only three doors down from work. Has came to my work just to talk when I'm busy. I've tried being nice and now gone with full on blowing him off and ignoring him. Luckily everyone at work only finds his antics creepy and won't engage in any talking about me except to say that I'm not interested.
