I was hella depressed the other day but I’m feeling better now

like I genuinely don’t wanna do anything anymore except lay down and sleep or watch tv and I’ve been struggling to sleep

I’m so burnt out I don’t even like walking anymore and I used to LOVE walking. I’d walk for miles . I’d walk til I had blisters sometimes. Now it disgusts me.

Whenever I eat fruits or vegetables I think I'm getting a decent amount of fiber and then I check the nutrition info and it's barely any 😭
