Elinor's main priority is being able to pay Bailey's weekly fee. The fates of the other orphans who failed to do so that she witnessed during the first days out of the Youth Ward left her justly terrified and the attempted assault the moment she set a foot out of the Orphanage just cementified her fear. She works all day right before and after school, micromanaging her time, and is obsessed with saving money and won't spend a penny unless she absolutely has to.

Despite her desperate need for immediate money she takes her education seriously with the faint hope that graduating with good grades might help her escape this life.

While Elinor is not consciously malicious, she's a coward at heart. Fear dominates every her action; she has one golden rule to keep herself safe (or so she thinks) and that is mind your own business: she doesn't share her money nor does intervene to help someone if this might put her in danger. She's therefore totally unreliable in emergencies as she will prioritise herself only.

She's all work and no play and her only diversions are taking care of the Orphanage's garden and killing time with either Robin at the Orphanage or Sydney at the library.

Elinor has been harbouring romantic feelings for Robin for a while - every time Robin calls her 'her best friend' or, even worse, 'her big sister' Elinor dies inside a little. The strain they both are put through is delaying any confession Elinor might have otherwise attempted and instead it's slowly driving them apart.

Context:

Quinn loves drugging Bailey, and watching her struggle to keep her ironclad composure. Quinn also loves to see how much pain Bailey can take, and she have yet to find Bailey's limit.

On the other hand, Bailey hates everything. She hates being drugged and losing her level head, not to mention the drugs takes at least a day to leave her systems. She's spending 24 hours drugged when she has shit to get to. The aphrodisiacs alongside the effects of her T just sends her hormones and sex drive through the roof, leaving her like a dog in heat.

Not to mention the aftercare Bailey has to do for herself since she refuses to let Quinn touch her longer than necessary, not that Quinn even attempted to perform aftercare.
