Her emotions had never been like a normal person’s. Ever since she had been a little child, Gayoon had been unable to feel any positive emotions. Throughout her childhood, her life consisted of indifference, loneliness, sadness and anger, indifference being the closest to happiness she ever got.

It was not like someone cared though, her parents being too busy with their friends and enterprise to notice how their daughter was slowly bottling everything up within her, the smiles she displayed being nothing more than an act to hide how she was breaking on the inside - because she would never be able to feel happiness, love or bliss.

ℱlowers however were the only thing to make her smile without having to force herself to do so - the young female connected the blossoms with her only truly happy memory of herself playing in the garden and watering the roses back when she had been a toddler.

Gayoon wanted to be able to feel happiness again so bad, thus had decided to slowly open up to people again, to display her sadness, her anger and whatever negative feelings were bottled up inside her, hoping that this way she would slowly start to experience happiness, love and all the other beautiful emotions there were.

She just needs someone who understands.

As he finally turned around the corner and stepped into the dining room, the sight he was met by was much more pleasing than he had expected. His smirk grew wider as he approached, studying each curve of his boyfriend’s naked body, however stopping mid-step when spotting the inked numbers upon his skin. The brunet male was laying naked on top of their dining table which was covered with a red tablecloth, a soft smirk on his lips as soon as he spotted his boyfriend. "Seems like you've found the roses, mhm?" A soft chuckle left his lips moments after, fingers brushing over the still new tattoo just below his right collarbone, which spelled "29-12-2013". The brunet had contemplated whether to get the tattoo or not for over a week, but had figured that there was no risk of disliking it at some point, simply because Sanggil and him knew they wouldn't ever be apart again because neither of them could stand it. "Do you .. like it?" he asked once Sanggil had seemingly noticed the tattoo.

A special scavenger hunt; Sanggil & Yongguk

Dear Sanggil,

I hope you've got some free time today as I have prepared a lovely surprise for you. However you won't get to find out what exactly it is unless you complete this task and find all hints - yes, this is a special scavenger hunt. Along the way you will find thoughts, memories and other things, always accompanied by a letter to you that will contain a hint as to where you're going to find the next one. I won't tell you how many letters you will have to find until you're able to see me again, but I promise you it'll be worth it.

I will wait for you at the end of this with something you'll hopefully like, love. So come on and find me.

The letter was placed upon the dining table as Yongguk hoped that the younger would find it there as soon as he got up. It had been 7am when he had left, rushing to bring the hints and letters to all the different places before going to the place Sanggil would hopefully arrive at in a few hours time, or even sooner, depending on how long it took him to get to places. The first few hints were rather direct, however Yongguk made them more difficult the longer the scavenger hunt lasted, and understanding the hints would take knowledge of their relationship as well as Yongguk's way of thinking.

Attached to the letter was a polaroid of Yongguk and their puppy, Kaori, on the couch, as well as a small sticky note which read:

1. Do you still remember where we first met? I was drunk and so were you, though I think you know either way which place I am referring to. Take a look at the entrance, carefully, and hopefully you'll notice the next letter written by me.

The place Yongguk was referring to was an expensive club in Gangnam, and after he had asked the owner if he minded he had taped a folded piece of paper to the entrance door which contained the next hint.

She laughed then, shrugging her shoulders. “That’s alright. Just ask if you forget it, I’ll remind you then.” She said with a chuckle and got herself ready to carry the cupboard with the other when said one was already through the entrance door.

Dahee stood there, a little perplex that it really seemed so easy for him to carry it even though he was ‘just’ a human. Hearing his words, she quickly followed him, nodding at his words and holding her hands up a little just in case it slipped out of his hands. “Oh, I saved up a lot and my café’s running good, so I thought it’s time for a change.” She smiled at him, even though he couldn’t see it since he wasn’t looking at her.

Once he had reached their floor, he placed the cupboard down in front of her apartment, a soft smile on his lips once she was next to him. "Ah, you really should take me to your cafe sometimes soon then, alright? I'm quite curious about it, I have to admit that .. most cafes in this city have lost their coziness as of late so maybe yours is different on that matter?" He was rambling again, at least somewhat, however it was what he usually did either way.

"Do you want me to carry it inside or would you rather avoid having me in your apartment? Some people are really .. well, let's say .. special about that." In fact Yongguk knew plenty of people who didn't enjoy letting people into their apartment before everything was perfect and he considered it quite weird, simply because it was normal for an apartment not to be perfect, at least in his opinion - of course it usually had to be clean but especially when moving into a new place chaos was the most common state. "And if yes, I can help you some more if you want me to."
