In a Very Special Episode of Things At The Thrift... I found the 1985 version of my lifelong teddy bear, H.B., or Honeybear as I knew him then. This is how he looked before years of using him as a pillow, dragging him outside, taking baths with him, endless wash and dry cycles, castes and pirate ships and defending me against monsters. I still have H.B., still keep him in my bed because no one tells me what to do, and I think he looks awesome. Maybe this new guy can wait long enough for the next generation of wild tot.
