NOTES: The card was originally scheduled to feature a match between Havik and a mystery opponent. Havik came to the ring for the match, but was beaten down by two men in hoodies. The men revealed themselves to be Craig Harris and Paul "Chi Chi" Marcus.

After the 8-Man Tag-Team Match, Trevor Bentley, Hattori Hanzo and Christian Styles attack Hayden Syxx until Austin Montaro makes the save. Kuro Akuma and Masuta Jakku join the attack, and it becomes a five-on-two beatdown. Blade storms to the ring and positions himself between the two teams. Blade orders Akuma and Jakku to leave the ring. The brawl ends with no further action.

During the finish to the Main Event, Havik's foot was under the bottom rope following The Starr Destroyer. However, the referee did not see it.
