Today, Indians don’t just require each other’s support, but also global support. The GIF (credits: @crazybollywood) above is of Sushant Singh Rajput who was murdered at his home in Bandra, Mumbai. He was a spectacular actor who secured a remarkable position in an engineering programme. Not only that, he encouraged and donated money to NASA to take up students and introduce astrophysics as a subject in Indian schools. He was a brilliant, sweet and kind man who was never involved in any scandals and was extremely down to earth. He was also one of the first actors to do a movie about not succumbing to your suicidal thoughts.
Bollywood is governed by nepotism and superstars who bully outsiders. Sushant was one of these outsiders, who came from nothing and established a place for himself in this toxic industry. He was murdered for this. He was mistreated by the top-tier stars and excluded, humiliated during award events and whatnot. Media and police are bribed to close his case and pass it off as suicide, but it’s not a suicide. He wasn’t driven to suicide. He was murdered. Murdered by the goons of these nepotistic superstars.
Justice needs to be served.

His last movie, Dil Bechara (Eng. Helpless Heart) which is a Hindi remake of The Fault in Our Stars is being released on Disney+ Hotstar on 24th July and even non-subscribers can watch the movie. It has subtitles as well. The trailer was released yesterday and I want all of you to watch it. Right now. And drop in a like. Like it and share it. Fucking comment, even.

Watch it once, twice, thrice. Watch it a fucking thousand times. Let us show these so called “superstars” the power of a common person.
