I cannot describe how much I loved this book! We got so many big reveals, so many answers but also left with so many more questions 😫

I laughed so much during this book between Ridoc’s one liners, Andarna’s adolescent backchat and the squads witty banter. I swooned with Violet & Xaden, and - as with any Rebecca Yarros book- had a few tearful moments (although not as many as I was expecting).

I was left literally speechless by the ending 👀

Review of The Horde King of Shadows by Zoey Draven

I cannot describe how much I loved this book!!!

The world, characters, & plot were all so captivating!

I loved getting to revisit Dakkar & get to explore even more of the world & meet new characters.

The relationship between Klara & Sarkin was so beautiful and engaging and I loved how it evolved as they got to know one another.

"This morning, I realized that you've somehow managed to steal this cold, shriveled thing I call my heart...just like you stole my Elthika, you little thief."

I loved learning about the Elthika and seeing the partnerships between them and their riders, as well as their personalities.

It's currently 1:30am and I'm 99% sure I'm going to start rereading it first thing tomorrow morning.

I can't wait for the next book so I can keep exploring this enthralling world Zoey Draven has created.
