Pitter patter, pitter patter.
The sounds echo through the room, surrounding me in a gray, looming light as I lie in my bed. I turn my head toward the window that is covered in streaks of droplets that slide all the way to the bottom of the pane and leak into my room.
I get up from my bed and open the window, letting the rain whip into my room with a deafening scream. Iām not worried about this rain, even though itās been raining for weeks on end. Some years ago, global warming went through the roof: warmer than itās supposed to be in 50 years, and itās all happening at once. But itās supposed to stop soon.

In addition to the 4-year senior choir award, she received the top choral award tonight, the National School Choral Award for singular merit, ability, and achievement, of contributions to the success of the school vocal program, and of an unusual degree of loyalty, cooperation, and high qualities of conduct by the general consent of the music faculty, school officials, and others. We use Classroom and thus, Docs and such for homework. Ā Kaizena is an add on for Docs, and allows you to leave VOICE FEEDBACK. Ā Creating an account and group on Google Docs was super easy to get the kids in, and they add Kaizena as an add-on on their end. When work is returned, they open the add on, and a Ā sidebar appears on Docs with my messages or recordings. Ā
I have a wrist injury right now and the voice comments allow me to rest my wrist and wear my brace more more. Ā Recordings are 3 minutes at a time, but you can add more than one. Ā Youāre actually forming aĀ āconversationā on Kaizena and kids can message you back or even record messages!
My kids are starting to figure out how to use it with each other for peer edits!Ā
