I wrote a whole chapter fic based around brisket and to this day I don't fully know what a brisket is

I was thinking about Half Man and the line Ruben says to Niall which went something like why did you write about heavy stuff if you weren't prepared to talk about it. And I think that's such an interesting thing for creatives or even anyone saying anything sort of stance-y in public because as assertive as you might come off, you are never truly prepared by how other people are going to react to you and thereby interact with you. People say weird, confronting stuff in response and you can't control it, and in some ways you've invited it. What matters is how you manage your own emotions and it's not always easy.

We used to reblog funny text posts and other sites would post screencaps of us. Now it seems like twitter is being screencapped constantly. Still doesn't make me want to leave though

I remember I used to hate Tiga because my housemate in my first year of uni had parties every single night and he always always always played Bugatti to the point where hearing even one note from it would send me into a wild rage. Now, 15 years later I love it.
